Step 1

Collection

The Future 360 closed loop cycle process starts at collection. Unique collection bins at your venue/event allow for cups to be easily and sustainably collected.

Step 2

Sorting

The collected PET cups go through a manual and infra-red optical scanning process to separate out all contaminants and non-PET materials

Step 3

Wash Process

The cups are then ground into a flake and all surface contamination is washed off using detergent, caustic acid, and hot water This step in the process removes the “wash away” labels from the cups

Step 4

Decontamination

The clean washed PET flake is then run through a dedusting and decontamination process that brings the plastic to FDA approved “food grade” standards

Customization

Utilizing patent pending wash away label technology, you can now customize your cups with a wide range of possibilities

The “food grade” rPET flake is then extruded into a sheet and new cups are formed. These cups are then customized with new labels using state of the art printing processes.

Decontamination

The clean washed PET flake is then run through a dedusting and decontamination process that brings the plastic to FDA approved “food grade” standards
